Dear Ones,
I know I promised you a new Earth Experience every Thursday. I had one planned and almost ready to go. But as we all know, life happens.
This morning, our rig flooded. Luckily, it was fresh water and not black water. Anyone with an RV knows how lucky that particular break was!
We had amazing neighbors and friends who came to our rescue with their labor and knowledge and towels and dehumidifiers and quick thinking.
One big-hearted friend took all the wet towels home to wash and dry them for us.
We still have lots of cleaning and organizing to do. And we get to stay with my sweet stepdad Bob this afternoon, so we’ll be gone for the next ten days. Our neighbors are checking on the rig while we’re gone.
I apologize for today’s very short post, but I just wanted to say that good friends and good neighbors are priceless.
There was a lot of water in my bedroom, but there’s even more gratitude in my heart.
Yuck, floods in campers are no fun, but glad it was fresh water.💦
Ugh life is so lifey sometimes! Sending some dry desert air your way 🤍
