Ahhhhhh yes!!! I am also not fast paced, my favorite pair of socks has sloths on them :) I was fired from my first job for moving to slow, I learned quickly that the restaurant service industry is not for me. My mind works fast, but body would much rather just meander through life :) Also, I concur on Pisces! I married one for all the reasons you listed! :)
I'm a slow and steady girl too. One of the things that really struck me was how your coaches words created a lasting affect on you. It seems like the piece was a bit of a freedom from his words, a sort of f-you. That you've made peace with your pace. That your speed in life is not a deficit but a conscious choice, a way to experience more. Be present to yourself and all that life has for you.
